CANCELLATION POLICY

Sales are final however if you are unable to make your event you can transfer your ticket to someone else  Where this is not possible you may request to reschedule for another event.  Seven days notice must be given via email if you wish to reschedule without penalty.

 

If less than seven days and before two days notice is provided a 50% refund may be offered, at the discretion of management.

 

Thank you for understanding that we cannot refund ‘no call/no shows’.

 

ALL REQUESTS must be made via email from the person who made the booking.

 

CHANGES OR CANCELLATION OF SESSIONS

Art through a Wineglass will make every effort to deliver our services to you as promised.

 

On occasion however, the commencement of an event may be delayed due to situations beyond our control or by unforeseen circumstances by us, partly or wholly.  It remains our sole discretion to decide whether an event will commence or whether to cancel it altogether.  If we elect to cancel an event we will notify you as soon as practicably possible.  Where we choose to cancel an event we will refund your money to you in the same manner you made your booking payment.

 

We reserve the right to change the artist hosting any event.

 

CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL

You agree that you will exercise responsible consumption of alcohol during the event.

(We want you to arrive home safely).

 

You agree that you shall only consume alcohol during our public or private events if you are over the age of 18 years.  You may require suitable identification to prove your age.  If we believe that you are under the age of 18 years and you intend to consume or have consumed alcohol during our public or private event, we have the right to ask you to leave without compensation.  Guests will not be permitted into our studio if intoxicated or we believe you are intoxicated.

 

PHOTOGRAPHY FOR ADVERTISING AND SOCIAL MEDIA

You acknowledge that we may take photographs during the event, which may record images of you at the event.  By booking and attending an event, you expressly and impliedly authorise and permit us to use any images of you, for the promotion and advertising of our business.

 

However, if you do not wish for us to record your image we ask that you notify us at the beginning of the event.

 

CHANGES TO OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to change and/or modify all or any part of our terms and conditions at any time without notice to you.
