Commissions
Most of my commissioned work is usually Pet/Animal portriats however I have done landscapes, flowers and people so don't be afraid to ask.
I would like to confirm that I do not try to paint a 'photograph'. A good friend once quoted these wise words...
"Paint what you feel... if you want to paint what you see use a Nikon."
Several photos of the subject is desirable and for portraits I do require at least one good photo of the face that is in sharp focus, particularly the eyes. Photos taken with natural light are preferable.
I require a minimum of 6 weeks notice for all commissioned work.

This is a price guide only. Once size and subject has been established, a formal quotation with payment methods will be provided. SHIPPING is available and will be an additional charge.
SMALL - AU$220 (Up to A4 maximum)
MEDIUM - AU$300 (Approx 30cm x 50cm)
MEDIUM - AU$500 (Approx 50cm x 70cm)
XLARGE - AU$900 (Approx 80cm x 100cm)
Sizes may vary slightly to suit best pose or composition.

Prices above are for a single subject with a simple background. Where detailed backgrounds are requested an additional charge may apply.
For more than one subject in the one painting an additional charge will apply per subject. I am essentially painting extra portraits, which take a lot of time and effort.
I prefer to paint on primed board which will require framing. If you would like me to use stretched canvas, please ask.
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required upon placement of your order with the balance to be paid on collection.
Notification will be forwarded when the painting is completed. Once you have seen and approved the completed work a temporary lacquer/varnish will be applied to protect the painting.

I offer a 10% framing discount on all commissioned orders and have access to a selection of 500+ mouldings to choose from.
